About Lords of Salt

We use a beautiful Fleur de Sel, hand harvested from solar-evaporated Guatemalan salt pans famed for supplying the Mayan Empire at the height of its power. The salt has delicate crystals, luscious moisture, satisfying crunch, and a rich, balanced mineral taste.

Using heat and smoke, we infuse the salt with our favorite foods! Limes, Habaneros, Olives,
Black Garlic, Serranos, and let's not forget Wine and Chocolate!
